At Magnolia Human Resources, I bring over a decade of

hands-on experience in human resources, with a strong

focus on employee relations. Since beginning my HR

career in 2014, I have worked closely with organizations

to navigate workplace challenges, strengthen employee

engagement, and build healthier, more productive work

environments.

I hold an MS in Human Resource Management from Troy

University, an MBA in Human Resource Management from

Columbia Southern University, and a Bachelor of Science

in Business and Commerce Administration from the

University of Alabama. I have been SHRM-CP certified

since 2017. The combination of education and real-world

experience allows me to offer practical, informed solutions

tailored to each business’s unique needs.

I am passionate about supporting small businesses –
